Something in the app isn’t working

In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Report a bug. You can attach screenshots, and your phone model and app version come along automatically so we can find the problem faster. Or just email us.

A restroom’s info is wrong

Open that restroom in the app and tap See something wrong? Suggest an edit. If it’s closed when it should be open, tap Closed right now? Let others know on its hours (the link only shows while the restroom is supposed to be open). Fixed reports earn karma.

Delete your account

Email plumbing@looyork.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. Within 7 days we delete your account and everything tied to it, and confirm by email. Deleting the app from your phone doesn’t delete your account.
